Creating a Safe, Respectful, and Positive Learning Environment
- Boarders are bound to follow the orders of the warden as the case may be, as & when they are Issued.
- Boarders have to follow schedule of the hostel for continuing their residential facilities
- Boarders should not stay in the room premises during school hours/games/supervised study.
- Boarders are bound to adhere to the timings of studies/games/dining hall.
- Boarders are not allowed to keep any reading material other than prescribed school or library books without the prior permission of the warden.
- Boarders are not allowed to wear short in the hostel premises.
- Smoking, chewing gutkha or pan masala and use of other tobacco items are strictly prohibited.
- Attending five time prayer and Tajweed and recitation of QURAN are compulsory for all Muslim Boarders. Absence requires explanation & habitual late comers will be treated seriously.
- Candidate at anytime without issuing any show cause notice to the individual.
- If found using any electronic item forbidden by their warden, shall be fined Rs. 500/- and their items shall only be given to their guardians or parents.
- Fittings/any other facility provided to them in their rooms/hostel building. In case they are found responsible for any loss/damage will be required to pay for the replacement of those items.
- Students are not allowed to keep more than Rs. 300/-.
- Students should not use abusive and below dignity words in their routine life of the hostel and school.
- Fighting with other resident members is not allowed in any condition. Students must create mutual understanding and harmony amongst each other.
- If any student fails to report to the hostel in the given time a fine of Rs. 100/- per day will be charged.
- Only 1st & 3rd Friday of every month will be observed as visiting days & only 2nd and 4th Friday of every month will be observed as outing days for the boarders and concerned wardens will be available for the purpose of giving outing from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. However outing timings for boarders will be from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to come on PTM to check academic performance of their ward/son you may also obtain the dates of PTM from the school diary.
- If any boarder wants to leave the hostel in the mid of the session then he has to pay the hostel fee for the whole session.
