School Fee Guidelines For Bataha Academy
Important rules related to fees and payments
- Fee to be paid on or before 20th of every month. Parents who are irregular in paying fee are liable to a fine of Rs.200/- per month.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances
- Fee for the month of March has to be paid in the month of February itself
- All the fees till March have to be cleared before 15th February otherwise he/she will not be allowed to sit in the final examination.
- No student will be allowed to sit for the First term or the II Term examination unless all School bills have been cleared.
- No concession is allowed when only one child from a family is studying in the school.
- Fee will have to be paid as long as the pupil’s name is on the rolls.
- Once the admission fee has been paid that will not be refunded even if the pupils is withdrawn.
- Parents and guardians are requested to save the receipt issued to them and produce them in proof of payment of fee, if needed.
- If the fee is not paid for 6 months, the pupil’s name will automatically be struck off from the rolls and re-admission fee of Rs.700/- will be charged along with the fee not paid by the student.
- Fee can be deposited on every working day from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. (Times may vary in case of different weather condition )
- Online payment mode is available. Payment slip will be sent to their WhatsApp number within 24 hours.
- If for any reason you are unable to pay fees for more than a month due to some personal issue then report to the admission office immediately.
- In case of loss of fee card, a new card will be issued at a cost of . 150/-
Fee Refund Policy
After Admission, if parents wish to withdraw the child, the fee will be refunded as follows:
- 50% of the Admission fee will be refunded only if application of withdrawal is made within fifteen days from date of Admission.
- No bedding charge will be refunded if your child wants to leave the hostel accommodation.
- Application of withdrawal is to be made before the start of new month, if application is made after starting of the month, fee for that month must be paid.
- If monthly fee payment is made for the whole session or in excess for any reason, and application of withdrawal is submitted anywhere in the middle of the session, The excess monthly fee will be refunded.
- Explanation: If Monthly fee is paid for the whole session (April-March) and application of withdrawal is submitted in September. The monthly fee from October to March will be refunded.
Monthly Tuition Fee Policy
- Tuition fee is liable to be paid for twelve (12) months also no fee will be waived for any vacations, holidays or for Ramadan Sharif in any circumstances.
- Hostel fee is liable to be paid for 11 months.
- You should only pay your school fees to the designated bank account provided by the school and not send it to any other account, as there may be fraudulent attempts to collect fees in a different bank account; always verify the account details before making a payment
- If you receive requests to send fees to a different account, contact the school immediately to report potential fraud.
- If your payment is made in any account other than the one provided by the school, you will be responsible for it, not the school.
- *It is obligation of parents to pay the school fees/ dues on time, school will not send any reminders to pay the fee. Non-payment of school fee on time can attract penalties and even the name of the child can also be struck off from the school. School cannot be blamed for your negligence in any case. Fee concessions / discounts cannot be claimed as right in any case.
